Due to the perishable nature of our fresh meal kits, we cannot accept physical returns; however, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction if your order arrives damaged or incorrect. If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your ingredients, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full refund or credit.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Check your meal box immediately upon arrival to ensure all ingredients are fresh and the cooling packs are still chilled.
- 2.Document Issues
If you notice damaged packaging or missing items, take clear photos of the contents and the shipping label for our quality control team.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our customer service team at support@mealprep.com within 24 hours of receipt with your order number and any attached photos.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Our team will review your claim and issue a replacement delivery or a credit to your account within 3 to 5 business days.
