How long do the meals stay fresh?
Our meals are prepared fresh and are designed to last for up to 5 days in your refrigerator. Each container is labeled with a specific 'use-by' date for your convenience.
How do I heat my meals?
Simply remove the lid and microwave on high for 2-3 minutes. Alternatively, you can transfer the food to an oven-safe dish and heat at 350°F (175°C) until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Can I freeze the meals?
Yes, most of our meals are freezer-friendly. We recommend freezing them as soon as they arrive if you do not plan to eat them within 5 days. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight before reheating.
How does shipping work and do I need to be home?
We ship in insulated boxes with non-toxic gel packs to keep your food at safe temperatures. You do not need to be home at the time of delivery; however, we recommend refrigerating the meals as soon as possible.
Can I skip or cancel my subscription?
Absolutely. You can skip a week or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Changes must be made by the cutoff time (Sunday at 11:59 PM) for the following week's delivery.

We offer a variety of options including Keto, Paleo, Vegetarian, and Gluten-Free. You can filter our weekly menu by dietary preference to find the meals that best fit your lifestyle.
